Visit from Port Police 2025

On Wednesday 29th January 2025, Nursery, Year 3 and Year 4 were fortunate to receieve a visit from Port of Tilbury Police.

As part of our 'aspirations opportunity' across Spring Term, Nursery, Year 3 and Year 4 classes enjoyed a fantastic visit from the Port Police. 

During this visit, the two police officers that joined us shared their different job roles, what qualifications and training they had to engage with to be successful in their roles and spoke about what they do within their roles. As a treat, they brought in a marked police vehicle, which the children were able to get in and see the contents of the boot, and had the children get their finger prints taken and analysised using an old-school system!
